Dia diecisiete

Today we took the Ave to Toledo. A great little town famous for its steel and armory production. We only had a few hours to spend there but we did get to see some pretty cool things.

Dias trece y catorce

María and I stayed the night in Madrid so we could experience a little of the night life and do a little shopping. It was a good time. We stayed in a cool little hotel called The Petit Hotel Nextdoor to the Plaza Mayor. We had a nice dinner at a well know restaurant called Prada A Tope. Afterwards we went to a little bar Maria used to visit when she was in college called Cuevas de Sesamo  Our last stop was a sweet little jazz bar called Populart Cafe which had a great 4 piece with two guitars, a violin, and an upright bass. The next day we had chocolate y churros at a place called San Gines for breakfast. We then walked around Madrid, visited the Royal Palace, and the Reina Sofía Museo.
